  Valid for: The ticket is valid for the offer available on the specific date. This can be skiing, hiking and/or mountain biking. The offer depends on the weather. If there is no offer in Arosa or Lenzerheide you can ask for a cancellation and refund.

  Multi-day tickets are valid for consecutive days, beginning on the date selected. The ticket is date specific and cannot be refunded or exchanged; not even by paying an extra fee (execeptions are mentioned here).

  With the booking confirmation for this ticket (sent by mail) you can use public transport on the  Arosa-Chur-Lenzerheide-Tiefencastel (Postbus, RhB 2nd class) in pursuit of winter sports (direct travel to/from the mountain railways; only in case of ski operation). Other journeys are not included - all exceptions are mentioned on arosalenzerheide.swiss/oev. In the event of a ticket control, you must be able to show the booking confirmation and an official photo ID.

• Pick-up Instructions

  If you have provided your KeyCard number, the ticket will automatically be transferred to your card when passing the first gate - just go straight through the gate and up the mountain! If you do not own a KeyCard or if it says "Keycard required" on your booking confirmation, you can pick up the KeyCard using the SKIDATA redemption code at a ticket machine or an official Arosa Lenzerheide cash desk. You can get a keycard for a deposit of CHF 5.00 when picking up your ticket.
